2024 Tacloban Mission Trip: A Journey of Love and Faith in Action

The images from the 2024 Tacloban Mission Trip capture the true spirit of "loving our neighbors" and putting faith into action. Covenant International Ministries had the privilege of returning to the Philippines to support, serve, and walk alongside the resilient community of Tacloban. This wasn't just a trip; it was a powerful reminder of God's love being demonstrated through practical service and shared worship.

From providing aid to sharing moments of pure joy, every photo tells a story of connection. Our team, along with local partners, was deeply moved by the warmth and hospitality of everyone we encountered. We saw firsthand how faith can provide strength and hope even in the face of ongoing challenges.

A Mission Rooted in Community

Our focus was on serving the real needs of the Tacloban community. Our team was involved in a variety of efforts, including:

Aid Distribution: Providing essential items to local families, a practical demonstration of care and support.

Worship and Fellowship: Coming together with local believers for heartfelt worship, strengthening our shared bonds in Christ.

Building Relationships: The most important work was the simple acts of listening, praying, and laughing with the people we met. These personal connections are the heart of why we go.
